The Conference Room
The Conference Room is situated upstairs in the stunning Canadian Cedar clubhouse building.
The double doors open out across a galleried walkway which looks down over the bar and restaurant and out across the
Southern Lake.
Seating 50 delegates theatre style and 30-35 delegates boardroom style or on round tables, the Conference Room is ideal
for large meetings, small conferences, away-days, training courses and seminars.
This unusual setting looking out over the cable tow lake offers an excellent talking point for onlookers –
the perfect ice-breaker.
The bar and restaurant offer an ideal setting for delegates to dine for lunch or to unwind at the end of the day with
a relaxing drink by the lake. In addition to this, we are able to provide a range of catering options in the
Conference Room tailored to the needs of your group including freshly prepared hot and cold buffets, canapés, fresh
pastries and hot & cold drinks. Our wine list also offers the opportunity to select the perfect reception drink for
the occasion.
Room Hire Fees
The Conference Room is available for hire at the following rates:
- £42 per hour
- £150 half day (4 hour period)
- £280 whole day (8 hour period)
