The conference room and two smaller meeting rooms at Box End Park offer the perfect setting for small conferences and seminars. We are able to offer a range of on-site water sports, freshly prepared catering options, a fully licensed barand a high standard of personal and discreet customer service. |
The Conference Room
The Conference Room is situated upstairs in the stunning clubhouse building. The double doors open out across a galleried walkway which overlooks the bar and restaurant and out across the Southern Lake. This unique setting offers an excellent talking point for onlookers, the perfect ice-breaker.
Seating up to 50 delegates theatre style, up to 30-35 cabaret style and up to 18 boardroom style, the Conference Room is ideal for large meetings, small conferences, staff training courses and seminars. At an additional charge flip charts, white boards and a state of the art projector are available for hire.
The bar and restaurant offer delegates an opportunity to break for a freshly prepared lunch or to unwind at the end of the day with a relaxing drink by the lake. In addition to this, we are able to provide a range of catering options in the Conference Room tailored to the needs of your group including freshly prepared hot and cold buffets, fresh pastries and hot & cold drinks. Our wine list also offers the opportunity to select the perfect reception drink for the occasion.

With double doors leading onto a private balcony and stunning views overlooking the Lakes they provide the ideal intimate environment for smaller meetings, breakout groups or private working lunches. We offer a personal and unobtrusive customer service including a private telephone which allows direct contact with your dedicated staff member. We have a selection of template services and catering packages available which can be tailored to your needs.
